Spa Access & Use

For Hotel Residents:

• No pre-booking required to use spa facilities
• Towels are provided at the spa reception desk

For Hotel Residents & Non-Residents:

• Treatments are subject to availability and we recommend booking in advance.

Day Access (Facilities Only):

• Available 10am–4pm at £35 per person.
• Robe and slipper hire available for £15.

Spa Etiquette & Arrival

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for check-in to ensure your full treatment time. Late arrivals may have shortened treatments, but full charges still apply.
• Bring minimal valuables; the spa is not liable for loss or damage.
• Mobile phones must be on silent, and smoking is prohibited within the spa to maintain a peaceful environment.

Health & Safety Advisory

• Spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas are for guests aged 16 and over only.
• Inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy at booking to ensure appropriate treatments.
• Guests under 16, pregnant, or under medical supervision should avoid heat and hydrotherapy facilities. A doctor’s note may be required for some treatments.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A £25 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure treatments or packages.
• Balance for treatments is due 48 hours before the appointment; for packages, 72 hours before.
• Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours of your booking will be charged in full.
• No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

Privacy Statement

• We respect your privacy and protect personal data collected via our website and spa services.
• You can browse the website anonymously, but providing personal data is necessary for certain services like newsletters.
• All personal data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

Terms & Conditions

• All prices include VAT. Prices may change if tax rates vary.
• Spa and hotel property remains the property of The Rock Spa & The Metropole Hotel. Charges may apply for missing items.
• Early departure does not entitle a refund; cancellation fees may apply.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage of valuables; please insure your belongings.
• Liability is limited except for death or injury caused by negligence.
• The contract is governed by English & Welsh law, and disputes are under English  & Welsh courts jurisdiction.
