Located only 1/2 mile from the Hotel, Llandrindod Golf Club is a fantastic uplands links 18 hole golf course. It was designed by the legendary 6 times Open Champion Harry Vardon and remains mostly unchanged since 1905. The course provides a true test for golfers of all abilities. Lush upland turf on which the balls sits up invitingly, turf banks and natural hazards, with well protected true greens, rate amongst the best in Wales and won Welsh Golf Club Of The Year 2004.

- Builth Wells Golf Club
8 Miles from Llandrindod Wells, Builth Golf Club provides a parkland and wooded environment for its delightful 18 hole course and utilises the natural characteristics of woodland and the River Chewfri to produce a challenging, but fair test of golf. The Welsh golf course is renowned for its superb condition and the back nine holes especially require course management and not brute force. In 2005, the Ryder Cup Wales 2010 Welsh Young Professionals Championship was held and the club holds a reputation as a very friendly and welcoming Welsh golf club.
