
The Metropole and the Elan Valley Lodge have joined forces to provide companies with the opportunity to combine Wales best tailored team building and corporate training provider with Mid Wales premier Conference Hotel.
Elan Valley Lodge provides Team Building and incentive packages in the picturesque environment of the Elan Valley west of Rhayader. Packages can be tailored to your companies specific needs whether in the Elan Valley or in Llandrindod Wells. Transportation can be arranged to and from venues or if you prefer your delegates to make there own way we can incorporate this in to the team building event in the form of a challenging treasure hunt.
A typical package may include:
A Full day of team activity in the stunning surroundings of the Elan Valley. A 'Corporate objective' is set for your team(s) which must be completed by an agreed deadline. There will be need to split into small groups to undertake a variety of tasks, effective communication between teams is essential if the corporate goal is to be reached.

This event is priced as a full day. For multiple teams it can be organized as a collaborative or competitive event.

Based on activity teams of up to 8 people £520.00 per team plus VAT
For events with more that four activity teams we are able to offer a 10% discount
A Series of short, non physical, team problem solving activities. Each is selected to highlight different aspects of effective team working. After each exercise an experienced facilitator will lead your team through a short discussion to enable the team to learn from their experiences. The event takes place close to the Hotel and would usually be programmed for half a day. Teams can be between 5 and 10 people, multiple teams can operate discreetly or the event can be organised as an inter team competition.
